Juvenile records are or can be sealed. Some adult records of conviction can be expunged so you can say 'no' to convictions on most private employment applications. Substantially harder to do is actually sealing an adult record, requiring really good cause [not just 'I want it']. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing any of the above.

Many factors at play..adult or juvi record...most all juvi records can be sealed...adult... with or without a conviction? If with, then a misdemeanor or felony? With or without probation and or prison? Arrest only? Can't say without more information.
