how do you find out about an attorneys

status reguarding his performance.

Look the attorney up at www.calbar.org. On the right hand side, you will see a link where you click to look up an attorney. When you pull up the attorney profile and it should tell you near the bottom whether the attorney has been disciplined.

Also, you can look up the attorney at www.lawyerratingz.com. A lot of attorneys are listed there and rated by clients as to performance, etc.
