Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I need help bad I have a fauls case on me I'm trying to fight it I have no home because of this case can't get job and my kids want to come home to me but I don't have one please really help me I'm hurting inside bad I want my children there not in the state system I sent them to there dad's they want there mom please please they are the only thing keeping me fighting this case

If you are talking about a criminal case, go to the public defender's office and request they represent you if you have no money to pay for private counsel. Private counsel charges money for their services, the PD is paid by our taxes to do it.
