Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

no bail warrant

i am a parole and there is a no bail warrant for a shooting no one was hurt. a witness said i did it. what should i do? i have been on parole for 3 years. I am scared to turn myself in.

You either turn yourself in, or you face being arrested without warning and taken to court in cuffs. Going voluntarily makes it more likely to get the 'no bail' changed.
