Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was arested for corprul spousal. bailed out 25000.00x10%

2500.00. When I went to court bailif apered. There are 4

people that no charges will be filed and your bail will be

exnorated. since there were no charges do i get my money

back.

No the ten percent is a premium just like the premium you pay for auto insurance or any other insurance. It is not refunded when bai is exonerated.

No, the ten per cent you paid the bailbondsman is his fee for putting up the bond, the same as interest on a loan. Personally, I think it's a huge waste of money, you have just proven why.
