is my booking legal
a misdemeanor was reduced to a infraction,i accepted the deal. The paper work i recieve from the bailiff contained an order to be booked for the charge within 30 days. I want it droped because booking will cost me my job. Do i have a chance?

Booking might be technically legal but it seems unnecessary as infractions do not generally require bookings, just a citation. Your lawyer should take care of it. Plead with the judge that you have been a good boy (or girl) and booking will destroy your job prospects. It should be doable but your attorney should be involved.
