Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My boyfriend is in jail for three attempted murders, he has three witnesses but only one of them say they recognize him, will he be out soon? What do you think they will offer him at his first trial, and what will help his case?

One witness can be enough if the jury believes him. Depending on how this is charged, he could be facing multiple life terms in prison. There's just no way for anybody to guess about the strength of the case based on three lines on the internet.
