Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My boyfriend has been in jail for 50 days and has not seen parole screening?
My boyfriend has been in jail for 50 days and has not recieved parole screening. His parole officer violated him for abscounding,but ive talked to revlacation and they have nothing on him.He also has to tickets one for having under an ounce of weed,and one for speeding . The under an ounce of weed he failed to appear on and thats why he is in custody now . But when they contacted the parole agent she decided to violate him for abscounding. The other speeding ticket he was in custody for the date of that ticket ,.. What do you think is going to happen.
