my boyfriend got picked up on your charges and driving without a license is suspended license and he didn't have a seat belt on he picked up by other legal charges also at the time when he went to court on Tuesday they on his first appearance they said that the DA still investigating and that and the DA didn't file charges yet and cuz they're still investigating so they were going to release him but to bench warrants came up in traffic and so Monday tomorrow he has court I'm on the traffic tickets I was wondering where are thechances of him being released tomorrow

If the only thing keeping him in custody is the failure to appear in traffic court, he'll likely be released once he appears in that court. Make sure you check back with the D.A.'s office about the case they are investigating to make sure you know when the case is placed on the calendar. For misdemeanors the D.A.'s office has one year to file charges.
