my boyfriend & 16 yr old brother got pulled over & the brother told the police the gun is under the passager set & it's his. my boyfriend has a prior from 2012 but on the sec.court date the brother went back on his statement & pleaded not guilty. now there charging my boyfriend with pc25400(c)(3) pc25400(c)(6) pc25850(c)(6) pc29800(a)(1) pc30305(a)(1) what should my boyfriend do
