Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Branishing a Firearm

I was arrested and cited for Branishing a Firearm...I have never had any problems with the law. What can I expect from this. I pulled the gun out to show this woman I was serious about her taking me to my 13K dollars she had taken from me to invest. I told her to take me to the investors...I had not taken my anxiety/depression medicine for a week..She had put me on a wild goose chase for over a week when I finally caught up with her...I am unemployed and do not have any money for a lawyer...What can I expect to come out of this..The wo,amn put a restraining order against me..I still have to sue her for the money.

I agree with Mr. Nelson.

Be very careful what you say about this case to anyone but the PD's office. It sounds like you're guilty as charged, and if you tell anyone else what you did your statement could later be used against you as evidence.
