In court, and at all times with anyone, you should say or admit to nothing about your case or facts except through your lawyer. Your parents should get you one immediately. He would have told you not to 'confess' to the facts on any social media or public forum, including this site. Don't do it again.

If charged as an adult with this crime, you would face up to a year in jail if convicted.

At your age, you are almost certainly talking instead about Juvenile Court proceedings. There you face a quite different process, including an initial Detention Hearing and then others, with no right to a jury trial. If the charges are proven true, you theoretically could be confined in Juvenile Hall until the age of 21, but a non violent crime like this is extremely unlikely to result in any significant Detention. Your attorney can advise you of the realities of your case once he knows all the facts and allegations, and will know what to do and what to say to best help you defend this case.
