can case be dismissed

A search warrant was issued for my house with my and my boyfriends name on it. I have a prior misd. conviction. I am being charged with felon/w f/arm and other chgs. Can a case be dismissed if charges filed are wrong

Sure, but as you probably know, these are serious charges and they aren't going to go away by wishful thinking or creative visualization.

Sure. Is it likely? No. They would just be amended and corrected and refiled even if they were. Get an attorney unless you're comfortable dealing with a professional prosecutor who's job is to put you in jail. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting counsel.

While not always the case, truth tends to prevail in criminal cases. If you are innocent, you should prevail. However, this result is not automatic. Retaining a good lawyer is absolutely necessary.
