Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If my case was dismissed per 1385 and shows up as an arrest(although physically I wasn't) ; diposition dimissed or not prosecuted it was done through courtesy warrant(so it is said) what do I need to file to get this off my record? The case was set for trial and when my attorney told DA we were going to subpoena another judge who went on record saying the charge was outrageous it was then dimissed

You would need to file a petition for a finding of factual innocence to clear your arrest record.
