Changing my plea
I entered a plea of no contest in court and I signed probation papers in the case. I want to know if I can still change my plea to not quilty.

Only if you file a motion to withdraw your no contest plea, which is the same as a guilty plea, and the court grants the motion. Courts are reluctant to allow a defendant to withdraw a guilty plea. You should contact an attorney and discuss the facts under which your entered your no contest plea to determine whether or not you have grounds to withdraw your plea.
