Hi -\n\nMany attorneys do not realize that if you are convicted of a hit and run, it can result in a DMV suspension. In addition, you should know that a hit and run is not a traffic offense like a speeding ticket. Rather, it is a criminal offense - a misdemeanor that will stay on your record for life and could cause you problems with job background searches. I\'d recommend you contact us or an attorney so that you can discuss your options in more detail before your court tomorrow.\n\nSteve
