I am being charged w/ Felony meth posetion

I am out on ten thousand bail ,I have first court date 5/8/2009, What can i expect . this is my first time bing charged I have a clean record.

Expect? On your first date at court, you plead guilty or not guilty. Not guilty plea get you a date set for PreTrial where deals are negotiated or trial is set. Alternatively, your attorney should be trying to get you into a drug diversion plea bargain to avoid jail. If serious about getting counsel, feel free to contact me.
