Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Charges code: 459(burglary)
When in to a store, took some merchandise worth (rough estimate ver $1000). Walked out the store & employee followed me & called the police. This is my 1st feloney & i would like to know if i'll do some time in jail.

Yes, since they charged you with felony, grand theft, it is quite possible. Get an attorney, now.
