Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am being charges with a felony for embezelment (37k) and 4 felony counts of Identity theft. I'm a first time offender. Started paying company back for restitution, they filed against me a year later after the incident. The public defender told me that if I paid half of what was owed to the company I would get 5 years probation and community service, that's what him and the DA agreed on. They gave me 60 days to pay it. Going to court next week and I paid what I had to pay, will they still consider the bargain? Do I get the same DA, can I go to jail that day?

I don't really have enough details but presumably they will keep to the bargain.

you'd have to talk to the attorney that represented you. But generally there is something written down in the DA file and/or court file. Good luck!
