Child Endangerement
I run with my child in Jogging stroller in the bike lane or in the sholder of roads (as running in the road is better on knees than on pavement). Is it child endangerement? I do this with utmost caution but then a lady screamed at me saying she will call the police.

There are any number of busybodies out there, some of them with badges, and everything under the sun is going to be called child endangerment by somebody. Seems to me screaming at your child is child endangerment. In the meantime, spay or neuter your pets and don't get caught feeding your child trans fats.
