Cleaning my record
Is there anyway to clear my record of things offenses that happened 8 years+ ago? Also, I had 3 Felonies that were reduced to misdermeanors then dismissed. If I am applying for a government job would I just explain it like that on the application?

The way you explain it, they were 'expunged'. You can say 'no' to conviction on most private employment applications, but not for positions that require clearance such as for schools, child care, teaching, state licensing, many govt jobs, etc. On those you are required to fully disclose and explain; the application will say that.
