Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

a company check was cashed with my i.d

my identification card was stolen and used to cash a company check.but who ever cashed it did not sign the check.there is no signature on the check .and now i am getting put to blame for this .

Thank you for your posting, and the opportunity to serve you further. You've posted this as a criminal law question, but it's not clear what "getting put to blame for this", means.

Does this mean that you are being investigated by a police agency? By a prosecutor? By the company? Either way, you have certain rights and can defend any allegations against you. However, your actual procedures are going to be vastly different depending upon who is pursuing this matter against you.
