Only if you can show that the authorities prosecuted you despite knowing you were innocent. It's enough to show that they found out you were innocent while the case was underway and continued to pursue it.

Very few acquitted defendants can prove this sort of thing. It's rarely true, and even when it is it is very hard to prove.
