Re: no complaint filed

It may mean that the evidence has not been processed and the da has decided to hold off on filing charges against you. Generally you will be given a new date to appear in court. If charges have not been filed by the second court appearance the case is dismissed and bail will be exonorated. If later the da decides to file a compalint and you are arrested you will have to post bail.
