What happens if one conjoned twin commits a crime.
I'm sure that this is a troll or a hypothetical question, since (as far as I know) there are very few adult conjoined twins. Arguably, it would violate the constitutional rights for an innocent conjoined twin to be incarcerated, and maybe the case would be one of "first impression." Maybe the court would split the baby, as it were.
Depends on the crime. If it's murder, I think the issue is moot.
Maybe the DA will charge the conjoined twin as an accessory, both before and after the fact.
