what kind of plea best fits my situation? what is an emotion for dismissal?

Only your attorney can advise you as to what is the best plea for your case. There are only six to choose from in California.
The appropriate emotion for a dismissal is elation.
I think you mean a "motion" for a dismissal. It's a motion to dismiss (get rid of) something. It can be a motion to dismiss an entire case, a particular charge or a sentencing enhancement or prior alleged.
