Dating underage
I know that in California, it is illegal to
have sex with somebody under 18, but I
was wondering what the extent of that law
is. Is it legal to date somebody under 18 if
no sexual intercourse occurs? And what
does the law define as ''sexual
intercourse''?

Sexual offenses include more than intercourse. Certain types of touching of the genitals, rump etc can qualify as a sexual crime.
