Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

We are having this debate with our local DA's office who says a ramey warrant expires after 90 days. Might be something to it cause it falls out of NCIC in 90 days. Have done a bunch of research and can not find a defenative answer. Do ramey warrants expire? Where can I go to see it in writing. Thanks.

I've never heard of a Ramey warrant expiring. The only time frame that is triggered with a Ramey warrant is when the person named in the warrant is arrested. That triggers the 2 day period of Penal Code section 825, just as it would in any other situation.
