It Depends, but you could serve may years in state prision if convicted. Fight the case and you may do much better but you should hire a lawyer.

Maximum is three years in state prison. However, if you have a clean prior record and you can put some restitution money on the table quickly, you are probably looking at probation, with or without county jail time, depending upon a variety of factors.
