My employer went out of business. I was given a computer work station. A week later they called me & demanded I bring it back. Am I legally obligated to return the computer? It is 5 years old.

You do not state how and by whom you were given the station. If you got it to do your normal duties and then later the business goes under, why should you not be required to return thaa which is not your property?
