Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Can an ex-girlfriend who you slept with come back and say that you have raped her, even though you did not, just to get back at you for dumping her? Can girls lie about something like that and get away with it? Just curious.

Can it happen? Yes. Would the law be on her side? No. But sometimes people lie, and when they do sometimes others believe those lies.
