Expungement - Los Angeles County
Is there a standard Court ''local form'' for filing an expungement in Los Angeles County (East LA Courthouse) or can a filing be prepared using the standard language in the Orange County local form and filed in LA?
Is this a filing that is prepared and filed in the Clerk's Office for Los Angeles County (courthouse where the case was adjudicated)?

Contact the probation department in the county in which the case was filed. The probation department should be able to provide the proper form or direct to a source for the form.
