My father was found left to die in a parking lot I have been trying to find the truth about what really happened I do know the evidence was thrown into the ocean and when I call the courts they have no record because it is closed as a suicide my gut tells me it was an undercover sting gone bad please help me in what I can do this happened in 1981 in CA I can't find any case no one will tell me the truth or they don't remember I do know he was found with handcuffs and the brief case was gone I do know the guns were thrown into the ocean which makes me think someone is hiding something and he was murdered please help
