"Compliance Checks"?

To me that implies you or someone in the residence has a probation situation, With that is usually a 4th Amendment waiver imposed, allowing authorities such as PO and LE to search vehicle, home and work without notice or cause at 'any time'. As long as they are not doing this "abusively", such as multiple times daily, it is not a 'rights violation'. Checking several times a month would be all I would consider acceptable, UNLESS they can show reasonable suspicion of violation they are trying to catch.

If there is not a legal basis for the 'checks' such as I mentioned, and you still are sure the checks are a rights violation, then you need to talk to an attorney about the 'abuse' you can show. You can contact me at 714 960-7584
