im a felon and this girl that dont like me keeps finding out where i work and telling my job im a felon getting me fired is this illegal

You probably are not disclosing that you are a convicted felon, which is what is getting you fired in the first place. But there is no criminal remedy against her. If she is following you or harassing you, you may be able to get a restraining order against her. But I suggest being honest about your felony conviction.
