Felony?
Our case: ''victim'' said ''suspect1'' and ''suspect2'' hit two of his vehicles with eggs. ''victim'' did not know if any damage was caused by the eggs. ''S1'' and ''S2'' admitted to egging ''victim's'' vehicles.
what can these suspects expect to happen in court?
Re: Felony?
Dear Inquirer,
Depends on the charges. More facts are needed.
It would be nice to get a Disturbing the Peace as an Infraction or dismissal. But, as previously stated, it depends on the charges filed by the prosecutor's office and attendant facts.
In any case they should seek legal representation.
Thanks.
