felony drug charges
what about intent to sell (with no sales) and .5 g meth in pocket of sweater cop put on me before taking me out of the house-in cuffs.

If the entire evidence against you consists of .5g of meth, then it should be an easy case to fight possession with intent to sell charge. However, an attorney would need much more information to evaluate your case and advise you.
