Re: Felony Vandalism

A coniction for felony vandalism will set you back at least 1 year in the county jail or state prison. If you have evidence tending to exonerate you, hire a lawyer to evaluate it and the charges. Good luck.

Re: Felony Vandalism

If the damage is $400 or more and the defendant has a prior conviction for vandalism, then you could be facing a vandalism felony with:

Jail time,

Formal probation,

Restitution, and

Community service

Fines for vandalism charges range from $400 to $5,000. In some cases, a vandalism conviction could result in a one-year driver's license suspension.

I highly advise yu to contact our law office at 760.243.5121. We have had lots of experience in these types of cases and we would be glad to represent you in this matter.
