My fiance went to jail for a ramey warrent they are demanding he tell them where an ATV is that he didn't actually take and has no clue about how to find it eat do I do

A Ramey warrant allows them to arrest based on probable cause without charges being filed. If he doesn't admit to taking the AtV, then either they have enough to charge him without his admission or they let him go. They have 2 court days.
