Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I filed a Motion for a Writ of error Coram Nobis on Oct. 9, 2012 in the Superior Court in California. I still haven't gotten a hearing date, so I can't serve DA or PD offices. I can prove that the crime never happened and a whole lot more. How long before they hear my Writ????

You need to serve the District Attorney with a copy of your writ on the day you file the writ. It looks like you did not do so. You should do so immediately and file a proof of service. Then it will be up to the court to decide how and when it will rule on your writ. When you file your proof of service you might check with the clerk's office to see if they have any idea when the writ will be ruled on.
