Re: Firearm Rights Restoration?

Thank you for your inquiry. Although there may be other benefits to having your felony expunged, your firearm prohibition remains UNLESS the court specifically grants relief there as part of the expungement order. Whether this can be done, legally, depends on the charges that you seek to expunge.

I hope this helps, but if you have other questions, or want further legal assistance, please feel free to email me anytime at [email protected]. It's my pleasure to help in any way that I can.

Re: Firearm Rights Restoration?

Yes, possible, but not guaranteed. The court makes those decisions upon the facts of each case. Contact me if seriously interested in doing so and discussing the costs/fees involved.
