I'm going to assume you mean doctor's notes with your abbreviation of drs notes. I'm also going to assume you are in high school and under 18 years of age due to the tone of the question. First, if you signed a note using a fake doctor's name and presented it to the school as a real doctor and knew it was a fake then, yes, you committed a fraudulent act. Next, if you signed a real doctor's name to the note, then once again you have committed a fraudulent act. However, this one is a little more serious. Stop playing games in this forum as well. Attorneys volunteer their time to answer serious questions from people who need help. If you done what you have described, inform your parents and let them contact the school and deal with the situation.

Good luck

If you sign someone else's name to a document, without their permission, the crime is forgery.
