Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

fraudulant signiture/marriage

I am experience an issue which regards to an immigration marriage. Upon recieving her legal statues (exwife), she abandon our marriage. Which the court granted me the divorce.

I recently found out by INS that she forged my signature in order to remove her two year immigration restriction. I would like to inquire as to what lawyer whould handl this type of case. I've been experiencing a difficult time trying to find an appropriate lawyer.

It is not clear to me on what document she forged your signature, nor why it still affects you. But assuming you just object to her signing your name without your permission, the lawyer to see is the District Attorney or the U.S. Attorney for prosecution. Forgery is still a crime, and depending on what document you forge, it may be a Federal Crime.
