I have a friend whose case was dropped and now on her record it shows 2 felonies. What does that mean and how would it effect her

The only way that I know of to clear an arrest record is to petition the court for a finding of factual innocence. These are difficult and rarely granted. It is not something you can do without the assistance of legal counsel.
