Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A friend of mine got arrested for burglary , burglary tools , and possession of drugs and her bf is being charged that as well even though he didn't get arrested with her he got arrested at his home only because of her say speaking to the cops cause she was scared at the time she got arrested how can I help her fix the situation with her bf cause he wasn't there at the scene she got arrested ?
