A friend of mine took some racy photos of herself as a gift to her husband. Someone stole the pictures and is now sending them to lots of other people via cell phone. Is this a crime? What can be done legally?

Try a restraining order. Not sure if this is criminal activity. I don't know the answer. She might have claim for invasion of privacy etc. I wonder how the private pictures could be stolen though.
