I have a friend she is 17 and pregnant her foster parents liked her out a year ago she has been living with me for over s year now and her foster parents are not giving her a copy of her birth certificate or her social security buy she needs to go to the hospital for pregnancy check ups and to have the baby legally what to I do?

Go to the County health department for help getting her birth certificate and the local Social Security office for a Social Security card.
