Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
So I have a girl-friends mom saying if I don't leave her daughter alone.she is going to take it to court for harassment.Can she even do that?I'm not even doing anything we are just friends.she also said she was going to call the cops on me for just talking to her.but her daughter talks to me...could she do all that?or Is there anything she can do that could get me arrested or something ?

I can't determine from your question what the situation is. We get mail from young lovers all the time. Yesterday there was a 30 year old creep on here complaining he couldn't date a 15 year old. If that describes you, get lost.
