How much time can I service for grandtheft of over $3000 and conspiracy if i am found guilty? pls help! Thanks

You would be well advised to consult with a lawyer in detail over your case. If you cannot afford a private attorney, you will have a public defender appointed on your behalf.
It seems your maximum exposure would be 3 years in state prison and restitution of $3,000 that you would need to pay back. If you have a clean record, or there are some other mitigating facts and circumstances, chances are you would receive a probationary sentence which might or might not include time in county jail.
Chances for increased sentence would exist if you testified, jury found you guilty and the court had grounds to believe that you perjured yourself on the stand.
