Re: gun charge

Possession of a fully automatic weapon (such as a machine gun) is a serious felony which can also be charged as a federal crime - best guess 10 years

Re: gun charge

If you have not gotten rid of it - do it right away - safely and legally if you can. Potentially, this is a serious crime with possibly significant punishment. What the punishment would be is difficult to say. Factors involved would be your prior record, (or lack of it), whether the case would go federal and other facts and circumstances like type of weapon, etc.

Re: gun charge

Stop asking and reasking your question, anybody with a machine gun deserves to be locked up forever.
